www. www.dressingbook.ch is the property of DRESSINGBOOK SARL (the Seller) and all rights thereto. Reproduction in whole or in part is necessarily subject to the authorization of the owner

Article 1

The present general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on www.dressingbook.com for the whole of the articles and services proposed by our site. Consequently, the fact for any person ordering a product proposed on the dressingbook website implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale that the customer recognizes having been aware of before his order. Dessingbook reserves the right to modify at any moment the present general sales conditions.

The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual. Despite all care taken with the realization of this site and its regular updating, errors may still have slipped into information and/or documents presented. Dressingbook cannot nevertheless guarantee the exactitude, the precision or the exhaustiveness of the information available on the site and the editor cannot be held responsible in any circumtances in the event of possible errors. If you note any, please communicate them to us so we can carry out the corresponding corrections. Dressingbook reserves the right to revise the contents at any moment without notice.

Article 2

The seller is depositing on its website branded clothing, footwear and accessories for children from 0 to 14 years old, and women, hereinafter referred to as "articles".

Items for sale will need to be in very good condition, washed and ironed.
We will take care to verify that the articles are not fake. Furtheron we control:

• The absence of stain;
• The absence of defects making the article unusable in whole or part;
• The perfect condition of seams, buttons, snaps, zippers, laces and other trimmings;
• The perfect status of matter: not washed out, worn out, faded or torn or modified.

Only items on the site which are featured at the moment of costumer consultation are for sale.
The photographs reproducing and illustrating the clothing and accessories presented are not contractual. The Customer should consult the description of each article to find out the characteristics.
The quality criteria are intended to provide a selection of high quality articles. However, in the case of second-hand items, the seller cannot be liable for eventual defects which originate from earlier use. By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale the customer recognizes that the articles are not new.

Article 3

Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs and EUR, applying the exchange rate of the date of order. Prices may change without notice. The price shown does not include shipping costs or customs clearance (for deliveries outside Switzerland), the latter remaining the responsibility of the client. The amount is calculated based on the weight of the ordered  items and the country of destination selected by the customer. No items will be shipped until the seller has received the confirmation of payment of the full amount of the order (item price + shipping).

Article 4 - Payment

By PAYPAL :
Paypal is an online payment which is secure, convenient and fast. Once your account is open, you can shop without sharing your financial information and without paying an extra charge. At no time will your credit card number be visible for us. The exchanges are encrypted and secured using SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer), an internet protocol which  has become a global standard.

Payment is possible online by credit card at the time of order. Only the following credit cards are acepted: VISA and MASTERCARD. We do not ship orders against invoice and do not accept checks.

By Bank Transfer :

The open invoice amount has to be transfered within 5 days after the placement of the order on the website.
If no payment is made, the order won't be delivered and will be cancelled.

With Postfinance or Postcard

Article 5 - Delivery:

Upon reception of your payment, your order will be processed as soon as possible. Delivery will be made at the address provided by the customer at the time of order. All our items are delivered in Switzerland and abroad by the Swiss Postal Service. Delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 working days.

The seller cannot be liable for delayed delivery because of the used postal service or in the event of loss of products or strike. The customer is informed that any customs fees charged by local postal services to take possession of the goods are up to the buyer. All our packages are prepared with care. Clothing and shoes will be wrapped in tissue paper and plastic, offering an accurate presentation. Complaints about the delivered product must be made within 24 hours after reception of the product. Any damaged packaging must not be opened.

Attention: PO Boxes are not accepted as delivery address

Shipments in Switzerland or abroad are made by the Swiss Postal Service "Economy" as follows:

For Switzerland:

Up to three items: 7.00 Frs
4 items or more :  9.00 Frs

Shipping fees can vary if one of the articles is very bulky and heavy.

Free delivery within Switzerland for orders over 150 CHF !

For Europe:

Up to three items: 13.00 Frs
4 items or more : 20.00 Frs

Shipping fees can vary if one of the articles is very bulky and heavy.

For the United States, United Kingdom and other countries of the world:

Up to three items: 30.00 Frs
4 items or more : 50.00 Frs

Shipping fees can vary if one of the articles is very bulky and heavy.

Note that for Europe and the United States (+ other countries), the buyer will be charged an extra fee of  CHF 10 .- for administrative costs (Commercial invoice form customs clearance, adaption of the packages for international shipment)

Exchanges and refunds:

The guarantee of the right to return applies to all our articles, whether new or used. The customer has a period of 7 days to return the items at his own expenses and in their original packaging. This period starts from the date of delivery of the items. For any return, the invoice number as well as the motif of return have to be indicated. We will credit your amount to your customer account for future purchases on our site within 90 days or we will proceed with a reimbursment by wire transfer or on the credit card. The shipping costs will be at the client charge

The customer's right of return is void upon the occurrence of one of the following events:
damaged article, incomplete article, no original packaging, item whose resale is difficult or impossible (personalized item).
Under these conditions the item in question will not be returned or exchanged, the return postage is to up to the customer.

Security and confidentiality:

All information provided by customers will only be used to process purchase orders, facilitate navigation on www.Dressingbook.ch as well as to provide informations by e-mail about new products and special offers. The seller warrants that the information provided by customers will not be disclosed to any third party or company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law. Also, sales operations will be considered to have performed at the address of the seller. In case of dispute between the parties, the latter will be submitted to the competent court (Tribunal of Nyon) in each case.
